The Wright Fit employs functional and performance-based principles for developing peak strength and conditioning. Our integrated approach incorporates a spectrum of modalities that allows your body to work in the movement patterns it was designed to do: running, jumping, climbing, lifting and carrying. These modalities utilize body weight, cable-based machines, free weights, athletic conditioning tools (such as weight sleds) and suspension training devices to ensure you train on all three planes of movement—and transform your physique.

THE WRIGHT FIT houses a team of expert Aquatics Instructors who can cater to any client’s specific needs. From infant swim instruction to aqua aerobics and everything in between, we offer seasoned pros to provide the safest, most fun and effective experience possible. Whether you’re learning the basic strokes to build swim confidence, looking for a new way to stay in shape or training for a triathlon, our instructors will help you develop every skill necessary to reach your goals.
INFANT SWIM INSTRUCTION
Give your infant the magical experience of an aquatic environment in a fun, safe and educational setting. Parents learn how to care for their little ones correctly and safely in any body of water. Our instructors guide parents on how to promote and instill skill-building habits that will lead to their child’s development as a swimmer. This class is for both the parent and the child.
LEARN TO SWIM
No matter what your age or skill level, our instructors guide every student while developing the skills needed for every fundamental stroke. Learn how to be safe in the water to prevent risks such as drowning and acquire the foundation needed to begin swimming and having fun in the water. All four basic strokes— freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly—are worked on and developed. Students also learn extremely important survival skills, such as treading water, submerging under water, breath control and more.
In a program designed for swimmers who already know the basic four strokes, participants learn to swim with ease, efficiency and power over greater distances. Emphasis on: refining all strokes (front crawl, back crawl, butterfly, breaststroke, elementary backstroke, sidestroke), increasing distances and flip turns.
COMPETITIVE SWIM TRAINING
Whether you’re training for a triathlon or trying to join a swim team, our instructors know exactly the workouts you’ll need to build stamina, increase speed and perfect your technical skills in each stroke. Get ready for an intense workout that will elevate your swimming and competitive edge.
AQUA AEROBICS – AQUA THERAPY
Get into shape, recover from injury or maintain a necessary therapeutic routine for maintaining a healthier lifestyle in this refreshing regimen. Exercises are designed to improve flexibility, tone muscles and improve the cardiovascular system. Each individual can work at his or her own pace without putting stress on joints. Swimmers and nonswimmers are welcome.
Those who possess a fear of water get an opportunity to overcome it by working with a highly qualified instructor. The instructor helps the individual step-by-step in doing exercises uniquely designed and catered to their needs and goals. The Wright Fit’s Nutritional Philosophy is based on three fundamental principles.
Our genes determine our nutritional needs, and those genes are a product of hundreds of thousands of years of genetic evolution consisting of a diet of lean meat, vegetables and fruit (the more plant foods, the better).
Processed foods are killing us. For optimal dietary health, eat real food… stuff that doesn’t come in a box, doesn’t have a bar code and can’t be picked up in less than a minute at a drive-thru window.
