  • Working closely with the project's PR team to facilitate impactful interviews and features in various media formats and outlets. This collaboration enhances visibility and ensures consistent, engaging communication about the project's progress and features to the public.

  • Being featured on TWF’s website, showcasing a comprehensive overview of the projects features, goals, and progress holistically, is a valuable sales and leasing opportunity. This dedicated section provides visitors with rich, detailed content that highlights the project's commitment to sustainable well-being.

Procurement + Logistics

  • TWF coordinates the purchase of equipment on behalf of clients, leveraging their preferred client status with vendors to secure significant discounts. They carefully select equipment from multiple manufacturers, choosing only those items that offer best-in-class biomechanical performance and manufacturing quality, ensuring optimal functionality and durability for the facility.

  • TWF manages communication with all vendors and their respective freight and installation companies, ensuring accurate lead times, compliance with insurance requirements, and a seamless delivery process. This coordination is essential for maintaining project timelines and ensuring that all equipment installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • TWF oversees the delivery and installation of exercise equipment, meticulously managing each step to guarantee precision and efficiency.
